Saw a lot of these guys, mountain sheep, licking minerals on the road. You'd think they'ed put mineral blocks up a ways to avoid collisions with vehicles. I know it isn't natural but either are the roads!
Behind our campsite in Banff.
This is the "tent" side of our campground, protected by electric fences from the grizzlies. The Banff and Lake Louise area is a "nursery for grizzlies", hence they take precautions to protect us (pets), humans, and the bears.
Hold your tail high and keep it a waggin'
